Made with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats. These are the traditional No Bake Cookies that you will remember from your childhood. No Bake Cookies have to be one of the easiest cookies to make.

This is a great recipe to make when you are short on time, taking only about 15-20 minutes, most of the time spent on them is waiting for them to cool enough to eat. You can always pop them in the refrigerator if you need them to cool faster.

Make sure you measure everything out ahead of time, you’ll want to be able to quickly add the peanut butter and oats to the boiling mixture. Always use real butter, margarine will not cut it in this recipe. Set a timer once your mixture comes to a full rolling boil. You don’t want to over-boil or the cookies will turn out dry and crumbly, if you under-boil they won’t harden.

Store the cookies at room temp in an airtight container.
