Course: Main Course
Servings: 4
Calories: 384kcal

Ingredients

  • pounds of steak or roast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • cup olive oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce (low sodium soy or coconut aminos may be used)
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut steak into similar bite-sized pieces. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the steak pieces. Massage the marinade into the steak pieces.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 24 hours. The tougher the cut of meat the longer you will want to marinate it.
  • Heat a cast-iron or heavy skillet to medium-high heat. Remove steak pieces from the marinade and place them in the hot skillet. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, you want to make sure you get a good sear on them but don't overcook them. Turn them over and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until done to your preference. If your skillet isn't big enough, you may need to cook the steak in batches.
