Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can green beans
  • 1 15 oz can red kidney beans
  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • ½ small onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped celery (optional)
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil, vegetable oil or canola oil
  • ½ tsp garlic pepper seasoning (or salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse your three cans of beans. Combine beans, onion and celery in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, oil, seasoning.
  • Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours or overnight.
