Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1¼ cup cold water
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch or 11x7 pan.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Stir in the mayonnaise. Gradually add the water and blend until evenly combined. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and top with your favorite frosting.
