Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • tsp baking soda
  • cup cold water
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch or 11x7 pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Stir in the mayonnaise. Gradually add the water and blend until evenly combined. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and top with your favorite frosting.
